Funky name, not a fancy last name — trust me.
I’m Hrvoje Magić, Demand Generation Manager and founder of Atas Marketing.
I work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership. From designing full-funnel demand generation strategies to running paid performance, SEO & AEO, and building internal marketing teams, I help B2B companies turn marketing into a predictable growth function.
I’ve spent over a decade working internationally across B2B and SaaS, leading teams and building systems that connect marketing activity to real revenue impact. I’m as comfortable setting direction at leadership level as I am getting hands-on when execution needs to move faster.
A big part of my work is one-on-one mentorship. I support founders and marketing leaders who need senior guidance across prioritization, reporting, team structure, and channel strategy — without the overhead of a full-time senior hire.
I don’t believe in overcomplicated frameworks or vanity metrics. I believe in testing, momentum, multichannel execution, and real collaboration — and keeping demand generation effective, human, and fun while it earns its place at the revenue table.
